Can I cancel my order?
If you feel that Flintobox isn't working out for your child, no worries! Just send us an email, and we'll cancel your subscription and refund the amount for any unshipped boxes to your bank account. Please note that in case of cancellation, the shipped boxes will be charged at Rs. 995 per box ( irrespective of the subscription you took), and the remaining amount will be refunded!
Will I get a refund/exchange?
Once your refund is initiated, the amount for the unshipped boxes will be credited back to your account within 7-10 business days.
