  2. A pair of scissors
  3. Sketch pens

Instructions for Paper Craft Circular Spinner Activity:
  1. Draw a circle and cut it out.
  2. Make colourful designs on it.
  3. Punch a hole in the centre and pull a yarn through it.
  4. Stretch the yarn and watch the circle spin colourful patterns!
