  1. Cut strips of green paper. Cut the edges to form a design.
  2. Fold and stick them around a black foam paper to form a frame.
  3. Draw, cut, and stick a mama bird and baby bird. Add a hat if you wish!
  4. Add background elements such as sun, clouds, moon, etc.
